Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unworn and in it’s original packaging.
• For Hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they have arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return. If accepted we will issue a refund within 10 days to your original payment method. please note clearance can vary from different banks.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and returned shipping is the responsibility of the customer(Unless the item is faulty)

Damaged or incorrect items

• if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-returnable/refundable items

• Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or refunds on sale items or gift cards.

How to start a return/refund

• Email us with your order number and return for return/refund.
• We will provide you with return instructions.
• Once we receive your item, we will process your refund or exchange.
